What are the payment options available at Indidoll?

The payment options we support are:

Net banking

Online payments are processed through BillDesk payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions.

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?

No, Indidoll does not offer an option to pay Cash on Delivery for your orders. We will provide it in the future.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Indidoll. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)

Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number, or send an email to service@mimitra.com for any clarifications.

What are the shipping charges on Indidoll products?

Indidoll offers free shipping within India on all products if your total order amount is Rs. 799 or more. Otherwise Rs. 49 will be levied as Shipping Charges.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment.

Does Indidoll deliver products outside India?

Indidoll does not deliver products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

What will be the mode of delivery?

Indidoll has partnered with reputable courier companies for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from Indidoll once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by following steps:

Log in to your account by clicking on 'Login' on the top right of the page.

Click on 'My Indidoll' on the top menu.

Go to the Track My Order section in My Indidoll.

Click on the relevant order number to check its status.

How can I track my product shipment?

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this number along with the name of the service provider. In order to track the order:

Go to courier company’s website indicated in your confirmation email.

Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section on the left panel. A window with the status pops up.

If your order status shows transit, click on additional details. Details such as where your order has reached can be viewed.

Cancellation / Modification

Indidoll's Cancellation Policy

We at Indidoll strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online. You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. This includes items purchased on sale.

We allow for complete Order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse(s).

If an Item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel the Item(s) from your Order until the Item(s) has not been processed in our warehouse(s).

If an Item was purchased under a promotion applicable only for that Item, we allow you to cancel the Item from your Order until the item has not been processed in our warehouse

If an Order comprises of multiple Items bought under the same promotion, you can only Cancel your complete Order until none of the Items have been processed in our warehouse(s).

Once your Cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your bank account if it has been paid using debit card or credit card. This is applicable only for Non COD orders.

Can I cancel the order after it is placed?

As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. To cancel the order go to Track My Orders and use cancellation self service interface or you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even update your shipping address. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately.

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

We shall process your refund immediately once your Order has been cancelled.

Why was my order cancelled? Why didn't you send me any intimation?

This could be because either the product is out of stock or it has been rejected for quality reasons. An email is always sent when an order is cancelled, but it is possible that it might have gone into your spam folder.

Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

That’s not possible. You can either cancel the order or you can return the product and place a fresh order.

Returns

Indidoll does not allow returns unless you receive a damaged product or a product different that what you have ordered.

I received a damaged product!

This happens very rarely. But if you do receive a damaged product, you can return the product to us and we will refund the amount you paid, into your bank account. You can send the images of the product to service@mimitra.com and we will contact you. You can return the product, for which you will get the refund in your bank or credit card accounts and you can place a fresh order. We don't replace any products, we only give refunds.
